EPISODE DESCRIPTION

The Legal Clinic for the Disabled (LCD) provides free high-quality legal services to low-income people with physical disabilities and to the deaf and hard of hearing in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties, Pennsylvania.

This week LCD staff Attorneys, Ben Beck-Coon and Sherry Thomas step up to the Soapbox to talk about the LCD and the onsite legal services to low-income patients that are available through their offices at the Abbottsford Falls Family Practice and Counseling Health Center in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia.

The Northwest Soapbox is a platform for the people of Northwest Philadelphia to offer commentary, share news or make a call for action. Each week a different person speaks to issues affecting our community. Want to get on the soapbox? Contact us at: soapbox@gtownradio.com.
